Mr. Caspar Tsui joined the CLP Customer Consultative Group in 2023.

Mr. Tsui is currently the Executive Director of the Federation of Hong Kong Hotel Owners.

Mr. Tsui currently also serves a number of public services, including Deputy Director of Consultative Committee on Fujian-Hong Kong Co-Operation (Fuzhou New Area), Vice-Chairman of The Football Association of Hong Kong, China, Chairman of the GMH Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Hotel General Managers Society, and External Member of the School Advisory Committee of School of Hotel and Tourism Management of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Before joining the Federation of Hong Kong Hotel Owners, he served as a politically appointed official of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government until 2022. He has nearly 15 years of experience in public policies and governance and has held different positions including Secretary for Home Affairs, Under Secretary for Labour and Welfare. And before 2008, he also had nearly 10 years of management experience in financial sector in North America and Hong Kong. 

Mr. Tsui was also a columnist at Ming Pao Newspaper and Television Presenter.
