Low-carbon Legacy All Electric Professional Cooking Competition
To further promote the development of low-carbon catering, all-electric cooking not only saves energy and reduces emissions, but also improves the working environment in the kitchen and produces delicious and nutritious dishes! A total of 28 professional chefs successfully made it to the competition, and they competed in culinary skills by using all-electric cooking methods paired with sustainable ingredients.
