Green Studio - Multi-Purpose Vehicle

Embark on a new on- and off-vehicle adventure

As the first green-focused mobile classroom in Hong Kong, the CLP Green Studio has toured around schools and local communities since 2009. With the joining of the Multi-purpose Vehicle (MPV) to the programme, it has raised public awareness about climate change. To date, more than 250,000 participants have experienced CLP’s environmental learning programme. Our key lessons include:

Immersive Cinematic Experience

Embark on a thrilling journey inside the MPV with Earth Mission a new movie envisioning a smart and low-carbon city developed to combat climate change, along with muti-media interactive engagements.

Engaging Learning

Off-vehicle educational activities devised to teach participants about electricity and environmental protection and encourage energy-saving practices.

Community promotion

Promote low-carbon living and energy efficiency in your community.

Since 2009, more than 500 schools and community organisations have experienced our Green Studio - Multi-Purpose Vehicle educational tours.

Eligibility

We welcome the following organisations within CLP’s supply area:

Primary schools
Housing estates
Community organisations
Property management offices etc.

Fee

Though this programme is free, you may have to pay for the vehicles’ parking fees.

We can tailor our programme according to your requirements. Please contact us for more information.

Location requirements

In general, we require:

9m (L) by 4m (W) parking space with a head room of 4.5m in a covered location
2-3 individual 13A power sockets
1 activity room, including 1 individual power socket (schools only)
