When to apply

You may apply for temporary disconnection for a number of reasons. Examples of these reasons include: 

• Repairs;
• Upgrades;
• Maintenance; and
• Periodic inspection works (WR2 certificate).

Cost of temporary disconnection

Please note that it costs HK$1,460 for each visit for the disconnection of the electricity supply.

• Applicant’s details
• Management office or incorporated owners’ information
• Incorporated owners’ authorized signatory or stamp
• Authorized signatory or company stamp
• Temporary disconnection area
