How to log in to your online account

You should first follow the screen's instructions and set up your CLP One account. If you have already created your CLP One account (or have a CLP online account before), you can log in to the CLP Power Mobile App or website through your existing login method.

  1. Can I use my previous CLP online account login method to log into my CLP One account?

    Yes! For example, if you previously bound your mobile phone and logged in using SMS, please continue using the same method to log in once. After logging in, you may be asked to "link electricity services" and verify your identity. Please follow the instructions to proceed.

  2. When I reach the "link electricity services" page, I see some of my old addresses. If I click "link electricity services," does it mean I will be responsible for paying the electricity bills for these units?

    No. After linking, the account will only display accounts that are currently in use and those that have been closed within the past 14 months. Closed accounts will not affect your billing, so please feel free to link the electricity services.

  3. I just created a CLP One profile using my mobile phone, but I don’t see any electricity accounts. What should I do? 

    It is possible that you previously had a CLP online account but did not bind your mobile phone or did not log in using your mobile phone, so the system thinks it is a completely new account profile. Please call our customer service hotline at 2678 2678, and we will assist you.
