Checking your electricity consumption

As a CLP customer, you can now check your consumption through the following ways: 

Track your usage efficiently with the CLP Power Mobile App

With the CLP Power Mobile App, you can check your electricity consumption anytime, anywhere.

Once you log in, you can click on ‘Consumption’ to review your bills in past 14 months. Each bill contains details of your electricity consumption.

Tip:

Customers with smart meters can read timely consumption data, i.e. daily and per-bill consumption data for the previous 14 months, as well as their hourly data over the past 90 days up to 4 hours ago.

Temperature and humidity may lead to higher electricity consumption. For example, summers may lead to higher consumption due to air conditioner usage. 

To understand your consumption history, you may check the temperature and humidity during the same time periods.

Check your consumption through electricity bill

In general, your bill should state your: 

  • Billing period;
  • Days of usage; 
  • Electricity consumption; and
  • Average daily consumption.

Tip:

If your bill is higher than usual, you can check if it is due to common causes of high bills.
