How can I know if I have a CLP online account?

您可透過以下三種途徑查詢您的中電網上賬戶狀態。開始查詢前,請準備以下文件及資料:

You can check the status of your CLP online account through the following THREE methods. Before starting the check, please prepare the following documents and information:

  1. 中電註冊客戶姓名及其香港身份證號碼 CLP registered customer name & Hong Kong Identity Card number
  2. 中電編賬號碼 CLP electricity account number

(您可以在電費單右上角找到11位數的編賬號碼) 

(You can get the 11-digit account number on your electricity bill)

途徑一:自助查詢 

Method 1:Self Service Checking

如您不確定自己是否已登記中電網上賬戶。您可透過 中電流動應用程式 或 中電網頁 嘗試登入。如果您的中電編賬號碼並未登記中電網上賬戶,系統會自動為您跳轉至中電網上賬戶登記頁面,以便您完成登記程序。

No matter you have a CLP online account or not, you also can try logging in through the CLP mobile app or the CLP website. If you do not have a CLP online account, our system will redirect you to the register page to complete the registration.

途徑二:親臨中電客戶服務中心 

Method 2:Visiting a CLP Customer Service Centre

您亦可親臨任何一間中電客戶服務中心進行查詢,我們會協助您登記 或 登入中電網上賬戶。按此 客戶支援 查看中電客戶服務中心地址。

You may visit our customer service centres for enquiries; we will assist you to check the status of your CLP online account. Click HERE to view the addresses of CLP customer service centres.

途徑三:電子表格查詢

如您仍未能確定自己是否擁有中電網上賬戶,歡迎電郵至csd@clp.com.hk 或使用本表格提出查詢。我們會於五個工作天內透過您於中電的登記電郵地址回覆您的查詢

If you are still unable to determine whether you have a CLP online account, please email to csd@clp.com.hk or fill in the e-form below, we will respond to your inquiry through your CLP registered email within 5 business days.

We may reach you through your entered email for following up if it is different from our record.
