Simply register for a PPS account at any PPS Registration Terminal, then login to the PPS on mobile app, register your bill number for the first time, then you can pay your electricity bill. CLP will also provide you an eReceipt for your records upon successful payment.
1. Download the PPS on mobile app and login
2. Click “Add Bill”
3. Input merchant code “02” and “Bill no.” to register your electricity bill, then click “Confirm”
4. Input the “Amount” and click “Proceed”
5. Check the information entered and click “Pay”
6. Payment completed
