Unbind my online account

After the unbinding, you can use the original credential to bind another account.

If you bind Facebook, WeChat, iAM Smart, or Apple ID, you can toggle off the binding. Log into CLP Power Mobile App, click "Profile", "Personal information", "Third-party authentication".

If you have opened a new CLP electricity account with a mobile number or email address to bind your old account, you can take advantage of our Automatic Account Transfer feature. You will no longer have to unbind your old account manually.
