Facing the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, CLP Power Hong Kong Limited (CLP Power) strives to maintain normal power supply and emergency service to the community. CLP Power’s latest customer services arrangements as follow:
Meter Reading Services and Bill Delivery Services
Starting from 1 April, routine meter reading service has resumed progressively, except those places with higher infection risks where electricity bills will continue to be estimated. Smart meter customers are not affected. For more information, pls refer to our Frequently Asked Questions on estimated and adjusted bills.
Bill delivery services has also been resumed except those places with higher infection risk.
Customer Service Centres and Customer Service Hotline
Starting from 11 April, CLP Power’s Customer Service Centres resume normal operations:
Mongkok Customer Service Centre
Monday to Sunday, 11am to 7pm (Closed on General Holidays)
Tai Po, Shamshuipo, Kwun Tong and Yuen Long Customer Service Centres
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Saturday, 9am to 1pm
Closed on Sundays and General Holidays
For supporting Vaccine Pass requirements and safeguarding the wellbeing of our staff and customers, it is required to use the “LeaveHomeSafe” app to scan the venue QR code and show the vaccination record with at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine for entering Customer Service Centres.
CLP’s Customer Service Hotline 2678 2678 is available between 8am and 8pm, Mondays through Sundays.
Emergency Hotline 2728 8333 continues to provide 24-hour service, 7 days a week for customers. Customers are encouraged to manage their electricity account anytime and anywhere by logging into their online account at the CLP Power’s website, or by using the CLP Mobile App.
CLP Power will do our utmost to deliver customer services taking into account the latest COVID-19 developments and the Government's anti-epidemic measures. The company will timely review the service arrangements and the latest service updates will be available on the company’s website.
