Congratulations on your new place!
You’ll need:
  • Address of the property
  • An individual customer, please prepare your identification document.
  • A corporate customer, please prepare the company's business register.
  • The latest Sale and Purchase, or
    The latest Tenancy Agreement, or
    The latest Tenancy Agreement and Surrender letter
  • Remark: If the existing registered customer has passed away and you are taking over the account, please upload the death certificate.

Verify your identity

To process your service request, future identity verification and management of your account, please provide us your information and take a photo of your identification document.

Your new address

Select the address of your new place

Electricity account activation date

Select the activation date of your electricity account

Note:
CLP will process your application once we receive your Sale and Purchase Agreement or Tenancy Agreement along with the required identification document. (CLP will consider the date specified in your submitted tenancy agreement or purchase agreement as the effective date, unless otherwise specified in the application.)

CLP reserves the right to terminate your application without notification if the required documents are not received within 7 days of the application submission.
Once completed the application,
  • We'll update you on billing and payments via email and push notifications.
  • Reminders are enabled by default, unless you've disabled them or denied notification permissions. You may adjust these settings in the Profile Settings.
