Automatic transfer of online account's login credentials
After your move in or name transfer application was successful, simply log in to your old online account and follow the instructions to log in again. Your old login credentials will automatically be transferred to your new account*.
What’s next after you log in again?
1. You will see the information of your latest electricity account in "Profile". The following settings of your old account will be transferred:
Login credentials (including mobile & email OTP, login name & password)
Contact email address (only if you did not provide an email address when registering your new electricity account. Contact email address of your old account would not be inherited if you have provided an email when registering your new account)
Associated accounts
2. Please note that your Third-party login credentials (including Facebook, Apple, Wechat and iAM Smart) will be removed. You can edit the settings via your "Profile" later.
3. Your Move-out electricity account will become an associated account. You will be able to manage it after your account profile transfer is completed.
Note:
* This auto account transfer is only available for customers with an active account. If you have more than one active account, please refer to the login information page for manual transfer of online account's login credentials.
