Please note the below changes in operation hours for CLP Customer Service Centres during the Easter holiday:

  • All customer service centres will be closed

20 April:

  • SmartEnergy@MongKok: 11am to 7pm
  • Other customer service centres will be closed

All Customer Service Centres will resume opeations on 22 April.

You can manage your electricity account by using the CLP Power Mobile App or logging into your CLP online account, if you require further assistance, please call our Customer Services Hotline at 2678 2678 (8am to 8pm).

Our Customer Service Centres are conveniently located across Kowloon and the New Territories. If you have any query about your electricity account or bill, or wish to obtain more information about CLP and our energy initiatives, please visit any of our Customer Service Centres listed below: 

 

From 23 May 2024, all SMS sent from CLP start with “#CLP”.  Do not respond to, open any attachments or click on any links in a suspicious SMS or email. Since FPS will conduct system maintenance on April 20, 2025 (Sunday) between 00:50 am to 11:15 am, all related services including bill payment will be suspended. During the affected period, the app-to-app payment function in the CLP Web and App will not be available. Please make advance arrangements for your payment activities if necessary.
