Smart Energy@Kwun Tong promotes energy efficient electrical appliances. The Centre introduces self-service technologies to facilitate the electricity service application and billing enquiries. Grab & Go machines and Pay & Go lockers are also available to provide you a more flexible shopping experience.
We also provide a new locker pick-up service called Pay & Go Lockers outside the centre, customer can pick up their online purchases even after the shop’s operating hours.
First customer service centre in Hong Kong to feature multi-function self-service kiosks, deploying the latest digital technology for convenience and flexible account service and shopping experience.
Customers can handle their electricity account matters such as applying for and terminating accounts and printing out bills through the multi-function automated self-service machines.
Customers can pay for their products by scanning the barcode of the products at the Grab & Go machines, where they can pay using Octopus or AlipayHK.
We also provide a new locker pick-up service called Pay & Go Lockers outside the centre, customer can pick up their online purchases even after the shop’s operating hours.
