Our Customer Service Centres are conveniently located across Kowloon and the New Territories. If you have any query about your electricity account or bill, or wish to obtain more information about CLP and our energy initiatives, please visit any of our Customer Service Centres listed below:

Operation schedule during Chinese New Year:

  • 28 Jan - Open until 5pm
  • 29 Jan to 31 Jan - Closed

All customer Service Centres will resume work on 1 Feb.

You can manage your electricity account by using the CLP Power Mobile App or logging into your CLP online account, if you require further assistance, please call our Customer Services Hotline at 2678 2678 (8am to 8pm).

SmartEnergy@MongKok

Smart Energy@Mong Kok is a five-storey building located in Mongkok. As CLP’s flagship store, it promotes low carbon living and electric cooking.

Smart Energy@Kwun Tong promotes energy efficient electrical appliances. The Centre introduces self-service technologies to facilitate the electricity service application and billing enquiries. Grab & Go machines and Pay & Go lockers are also available to provide you a more flexible shopping experience.

In Shum Shui Po Customer Service Centre, you can speak with our customer service staff and experience smart home products. You can also learn more about green living and purchase energy efficient appliances.

Smart Energy@Tai Po promotes the latest energy efficient home appliances.  The electric vehicle zone showcases information about electric vehicles and allows customers to experience the benefits of eMobility through interactive learning games.

To enhance the customer service experience, we have prepared comprehensive information and services, making it easy to manage your smart home lifestyle. 

SmartEnergy@YuenLong promotes smarter and greener lifestyles. You can also experience the CLP e-Journey by trialling various smart mobile services at the Centre, so as to get a taste of smart living.
