Low-carbon Legacy All Electric Professional Cooking Competition

To further promote the development of low-carbon catering, all-electric cooking not only saves energy and reduces emissions, but also improves the working environment in the kitchen and produces delicious and nutritious dishes! To this end, CLP successfully held the 2nd "Low-carbon Legacy · All-Electric Cooking Professional Competition" on August 7th. A total of 28 professional chefs successfully made it to the competition, and they competed in culinary skills by using all-electric cooking methods paired with sustainable ingredients. They also had the opportunity to exchange ideas with professional judging team, promoting the new low-carbon Chinese cuisine trend and the sustainable development of the catering industry.
