All Electric Professional Cooking Competition

In order to further drive the development of low-carbon dining, all-electric cooking offers not only energy efficiency and emissions reduction but also an improved working environment in the kitchen, resulting in delectable and diverse dishes. In line with this objective, CLP power successfully organised the inaugural "All Electric Professional Cooking Competition" on 23rd August. A total of 27 accomplished chefs specialising in Chinese and Western cuisine qualified for the competition, where emerging young chefs and seasoned culinary experts competed in their respective categories. Engaging in meaningful exchanges with a distinguished panel of star professional judges, the competition aimed to uphold and pass on the culinary traditions of both Chinese and Western cuisine, while driving sustainable development within the food and beverage industry.
