How to apply for eBill Notification​

Log in to the CLP Power Mobile App / Website (eBill notification service will be activated in the next instalment)

Step 1 

 

Log in to the CLP Mobile App.

Step 2 

 

Tap 'Profile'.

Step 3

Tap 'Subscribe / edit eBill notification' and fill in the email address.

Common mistakes in e-form filling​

1. Filling incorrect account number. It must be 11 digits.​

2. The Registered customer's name entered in the eform must be the identical to the English full name on the CLP bill.​

3. Please make sure the email and the phone number are same as the registered account.

Q1. When will I receive the eBill notification after my application was successful? ​

We issue bills to residential customers every two months. Each time a new eBill is issued, you will receive an eBill notification sent from clpebill@mail.clp.com.hk. If you apply through method 1 (log in to the CLP mobile app/webpage), the eBill will be activated in the next installment. If you apply through method 2 (online form registration), your eBill will be confirmed and activated before June.  ​

 

Q2. After I registered for the eBill notification service, will I still receive a postal bill?  ​

Once you have successfully applied for an eBill, you will not receive a postal bill. You can download the last 14 months' bill from your online account.  ​

Q3. How can I view my eBill?  ​

In addition to the eBill notification, you can also access your electricity consumption, bills and payment history for the last 14 months anytime, anywhere through logging in your online account.  ​

Q4. How long does it take to deposit 500 Eco Points after successfully registered for the eBill notification?  ​

After you have successfully registered for your eBill notification via CLP Mobile App / webpage, 500 Eco Points will be credited to your account on the following day. If you register via the online form, points will be credited to your account the day after your eBill activation before end of April.

Q5. How do I redeem rewards from Eco points?  ​

You can redeem eco points for rewards at the Domeo eShop.  ​
