CLP Retail and Catering Coupons Programme

To encourage consumer spending and add momentum to Hong Kong’s economy, CLP continues to allocate HK$58 million from the CLP Community Energy Saving Fund to relaunch the CLP Retail and Catering Coupons Programme in 2025 and a total value of HK$100 will be distributed to each of 580,000 households, including residential customers with low levels of electricity consumption and elderly people who are qualified for concessionary tariffs. The programme aims to support the underprivileged, stimulate local consumption and boost the economy with a multiplier effect. ​

​Beneficiary households can use the coupons in more than 3,600 participating retail and catering outlets.
