To help kindergartens make better use of the POWER YOU Kindergarten Education Kit, a school visit by our engineers is open for kindergartens to apply for.
About the programme
This visitation programme is an extended activity of the POWER YOU Kindergarten Education Kit. It aims to spark interest among kindergarten students in the world of electricity and engineering. As part of the visit, our engineers will:
Teach students basic knowledge about electricity;
Introduce the engineering profession; and
Share energy-saving tips.
Remarks: The visitation programme, which is currently open for kindergartens to apply for, is conducted in Cantonese only.
Programme content
Introduction and games
We will introduce students to:
The work of engineers;
The power journey;
Low-carbon lifestyles; and
Electricity safety.
Videos
To engage students in fun and interactive ways, we will watch the Power Kid Channel (3D cartoon videos).
Uniform Try-ons
Students can wear our Little Engineer uniforms as the highlight of the visit.

Application for academic year 2024/25 is now open. We welcome all kindergartens for application.
Exploring the Power Journey Video (Chinese Version only)
The videos serve as online versions of visitation in which CLP engineers explain power generation, the work of engineers and the principles of energy saving. There are different versions to suit the needs of K1-K3 children.
