Move-in by Property Agent for Customer

For privacy and security reasons, we recommend that property agents encourage their clients to move in on the CLP website or CLP mobile app by themselves.

If the property agent still needs to handle the account setup on behalf of the client, please refer to the following steps:

Property agent must first create their own CLP One Profile account.
Log in if you have already created the account.
After logging in, go to "Discover" and click on "Move in".
Under "Tariff type," select either "Residential" or "Non-Residential" and on the next page, choose "Authorized representative/Property agent".
Enter the property agent’s contact details, including name, email and mobile phone number. Click "Next."
Enter the client’s account profile details, including the English name as shown on their identification document, email and mobile phone number. Click "Next."
Select the move in address for the client.
If necessary, upload any additional documents.
After submission, the reference ID will be shown on the page. It will also be sent to the mobile phone number you provided.
Tip:

Upon submission of the application, an email notification will be sent to your client. Please remind the client to read the confirmation email and follow the instructions to complete the application process.

 

Please note that the client must first create a CLP One Profile account and log in before applying for electricity service.

 

We will only process the electricity supply application after the client has completed these steps.

From 23 May 2024, all SMS sent from CLP start with “#CLP”.  Do not respond to, open any attachments or click on any links in a suspicious SMS or email.
