Apply for change of load

Customer has to obtain the agreement from the owner(s) of the rising mains when applying for "Change of Load".

 

Customer can apply for "Change of Load" through below channels:

2. Contact Customer Service Hotline

3. Visit Customer Service Centers

 

Customer needs to provide the following information for applying "Change of Load":  

 

1. Information of the registered customer and electrical contractor

 

2. Meter loading required for the supply address, customers should consult their own Registered Electrical Worker (REW) about the loading e.g. 3 phase 100 Ampere 

 

3. Please note that if the loading you are applying for exceeds the maximum permitted load for your premises, you are required to seek the formal consent of the owner of the main electrical system firstly and fill in the consent form. 4. You can book an appointment online for electrical installation inspection by our inspector once you have an estimated completion date of your installation work.

 

5. The presence of a REW is essential and a copy of the Work Completion Certificate (WR1) issued by the REW should be provided to our  Inspector during on-spot inspection.

Important: Deposit of non-residential customer will be adjusted according to new meter loading after the completion of "Change of Load".
