We will continue to allocate HK$240 million from the CLP Community Energy Saving Fund to launch a range of community support programmes in 2025 to promote decarbonisation, boost Hong Kong’s economy and alleviate the economic burden on underprivileged households, including a newly launched “CLP Community Green Programme”, which aims to promote community-wide decarbonisation and to support the Government's target of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, so as to turn Hong Kong into a low-carbon smart city.
