They consume a higher amount of electricity, so check out their power input before purchase. Use a separate socket for each appliance. 

A bathroom heater must contain an IP rating that ends in at least a 1 (IPX1), indicating that it has passed a drip-proof test. The user must stay at least 0.6 metres away from the heater when it is in use.
