In order to simplify the process of the Domeo rewards redemption platform, CLP is gradually enabling automatic linkage between the CLP One account and the Domeo account for selected customers who currently hold CLP One account. Customers can directly log into Domeo and enjoy a smooth experience for earning and redeeming points.

Am I eligible for programme upgrade?

If you meet the following criteria and not yet linked to Domeo after 24 April 2024, you will be eligible for the upgrade and your activated CLP One account will be automatically link up with domeo account. A confirmation email will be sent in 5 workings days and you are required to activate via that email in order to complete the whole upgrade process.

  • Valid residential account and CLP One account
    (Logged-in once)
  • Valid email address​
  • Accepted the direct marketing consent

No. You can set two different passwords. CLP and Domeo staff will never ask for your password. Please remain vigilant and exercise caution if you have any suspicions.

If you register yourCLP One account in April or after, your information is currently being processed. Please be patient while we handle this for you.

If you still haven't received any notification emails, it could be due to the following reasons:

  1. Your CLP account has been terminated.
  2. Your CLP One account has never been logged in before. (Log in now)
  3. Different email addresses are used for your CLP electricity account and online account. (Refer to the steps of 'change or update email address' above)
  4. You have opted out of receiving direct marketing communications. (Please fill in this form to submit changes)

  • With your electricity account linked to Domeo account, all your earned points will be automatically credited to your account.

Eligible accounts include: 
(1) Residential accounts;
(2) Valid CLP One accounts; 
(3) Accounts for addresses that have not been moved out.

Ineligible accounts include: 
(1) Non-residential accounts;
(2) Customers without a valid CLP One account;
(3) Accounts for addresses that have been moved out.

There are several reasons for a failure to link accounts:

  1. A customer tries to link an account relating to an address that has been moved out of. A terminated account is not eligible for linking or earning points.
  2. A customer may have pressed ‘cancel’ during the linkage process. We recommend users restart the linkage process if this happens.

 

Domeo points will be deducted from the Domeo account with rewards that have earlier expiration dates.
