Electricity Supply Application Form for EV Charging Facility

Congratulations on starting your new EV journey! To apply for an EV electrcity account, please prepare the following:

Identity document: Hong Kong ID card, passport or business registration
Estate Management Office (EMO) permission slip (excluding village house applicants or existing meter), You can download the template for the permission slip.
Contact information of the Charge Point Operator (CPO) or Registered Electrical Worker (REW).
