Open eMobility electricity account

Congratulations on your new eMobility Journey! Before you apply, please prepare the relevant documents:

Identification document: Hong Kong ID card, passport or business registration certificate
Confirmation of Agreement from Owner(s) of Rising Mains for Connection (excluding village house applicants or existing meter), You can download the template here.
Contact information of the Charge Point Operator (CPO) or Registered Electrical Worker (REW).

If you want to use business registration for application, you may apply here.
You may terminate your electricity account if it is no longer in use.

What happens next

If your installation inspection is satisfactory, your electricity supply should be connected immediately.
