With One Profile, you can manage all your CLP services seamlessly through a single login, offering convenience and full control over your account.

Setting up a new electricity account with CLP when moving to Kowloon, New Territories, or the Outlying Islands (e.g. Lantau, Cheung Chau) is quick and hassle-free.

Tip:

All applications for residential electricity supply and account name transfers can be handled through the CLP Mobile App or the CLP website. The online application process is simple and fast, and you can earn an additional 500 Domeo Points to redeem home products or services on the Domeo eShop. Warm Reminder for Account Application

To ensure your account application can be processed smoothly and your coming bills can be issued timely, please be reminded to keep the Pre-meter Switch ON to maintain proper operation of the Smart Meter for remote meter reading function. The electricity consumption due to Smart Meter will NOT be counted in your electricity bill. Thank you for your cooperation!

From 23 May 2024, all SMS sent from CLP start with “#CLP”.  Do not respond to, open any attachments or click on any links in a suspicious SMS or email.
