Download the CLP ONE App to effortlessly submit your electricity service application and take full control of your account with CLP ONE Profile.
CLP will process your application once we receive your Sale and Purchase Agreement or Tenancy Agreement along with the required identification document. (CLP will consider the date specified in your submitted tenancy agreement or purchase agreement as the effective date, unless otherwise specified in the application.)
CLP reserves the right to terminate your application without notification if the required documents are not received within 7 days of the application submission.
Upon submission of your online application, an SMS acknowledgement will be sent to you on the same day. If you choose to submit the document at a later date, an SMS reminder will be sent on the next working day. Kindly upload the documents using the CLP ONE App. Upon confirmation of the application, you will receive an SMS notification.
You may check your application status online.
You will receive your first bill within two months after your service is activated. The initial deposit will be reflected in your first bill. You can view and manage your bill conveniently through the CLP ONE App.
The account deposit balance (if any) will be refunded to the registered customer after closure of the account.
Depending on your electricity needs, you may need to apply for change of load or book an appointment for electrical installation inspection.
