Encounter an error once I have entered my HKID

Please make sure the HKID number that you have entered should have included all letters and numbers but not the brackets. For example: A1234567

Besides, you may encounter an error if the HKID number that you have input have not yet verified by CLP previously. That is, you should have provided HKID copy to CLP for verification when you applied for an electricity account. Alternatively, you can choose to use CLP account number for account binding.
