Easy payment for eBill
To save paper and be environmentally friendly, eBill customer can also make payment via FPS, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK and at convenience stores by presenting the QR code which comes together with the eBills with their smartphone.
You can begin your green journey by signing up for eBill using one of the methods below.
Once you apply for an eBill, you will receive eBill notifications from clpebill@mail.clp.com.hk every time a new bill is issued for your account. eBill notifications are alerts letting you know that a new bill has been issued for your electricity account.
