Eligible households include:

Residential customers with low level of electricity consumption*
Elderly customers who are under concessionary tariffs

Note:

*Low electricity consumptions refer to a total consumption of 2400kWh or less in 2024 (bi-monthly, six bills all inclusive).

The coupons will be sent to beneficiaries by post in mid April 2025.
All beneficiaries should receive their coupons by early May 2025.

From 23 May 2024, all SMS sent from CLP start with “#CLP”. Do not respond to, open any attachments or click on any links in a suspicious SMS or email.
