*Low electricity consumptions refer to existing residential customer with a total consumption in 2023 (bi-monthly, six bills all inclusive) of 2400kWh or less.
The coupons will be sent to beneficiaries by post in mid April 2024.
All beneficiaries should receive their coupons by early May 2024.
